Certainly,
Charlotte's no New York, Chicago, or Los Angeles. But here's the thing I
find amazing: For a city it's size, Charlotte offers a quite a wide
variety of choices. And these choices keep growing, as evidenced by the
recent opening of the world class US National Whitewater Center. With
all our professional sports, we're actually quite on par with any
major city 10 times our size.
Now,
here's the best part: In Charlotte you're not competing with six or
eight million people to view an event! Sure, some events will eventually
be sold-out, but with a little planning you could have been there.
